Bill Adams
William W. Adams
III was born in the small town of Lanett, Alabama in 1962.
His small town, southern education eventually lead him to
high school at The Baylor School in Chattanooga, TN and college
at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where he
received his BBA in 1984. Driven to succeed in the corporate
world in America, Bill also attended Belmont University in
Nashville, TN where he earned his M.B.A. in 1988.
Bill's initial career
was in banking, and eventually moved into political fundraising,
working for candidates like Rep. Bob Barr, a Georgia congressman,
and Rep. Zach Wamp of Tennessee. He subsequently established
Adams Fundraising, LLC, as a consulting company for political
candidates looking for fundraising opportunities.
It was during his
time in politics that Bill began to feel a calling, occasionally
setting out in his new home of Atlanta to speak with people
about Christianity. By the end of the 1990s, Bill had completely
abandoned his life in the world of business and politics.
Rather than seek monetary gain or political power as his life's
goal, Bill answered God's call to devote himself full-time
to the mission of carrying the Gospel of Jesus Christ to people
at major outdoor community events throughout Atlanta, the
nation and eventually the world.
After seven years
of full-time ministry, God has given Bill an unprecedented
level of proficiency in communicating the Gospel at major
outdoor community events. Much like a highly disciplined
and effective athlete Bill excels in his God given craft of
communicating the Gospel to tens of thousands of people at
once and ultimately transforming an event from the kingdom
of darkness to the Kingdom of Light like few people can.
If you truly desire
to labor with one of the most impacting people in God's Kingdom
and see what is possible through the perseverance of one man
then spending time with Bill and the Revival-USA team is for
you.
